By using the ZenithAlign website or purchasing any reading or service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

ZenithAlign offers tarot reading, astrology, and spiritual guidance services ("Readings") provided by Medium Arya. Readings are delivered digitally (via email, PDF, or Etsy messaging) following purchase.

All Readings are intended for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual exploration purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other form of regulated professional advice. Please read our Disclaimer for more information.

All purchases are made exclusively through our Etsy shop. Prices are listed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. All sales are subject to Etsy's Buyer Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we believe the order was placed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Due to the personalised and digital nature of our Readings, all sales are final once a Reading has been delivered. We do not offer refunds after delivery.

If you have not received your Reading within the timeframe stated in the listing, or if there is a significant error in your order, please contact us at legal@zenithalign.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page in our Etsy shop. These are estimates only and may vary based on demand. We will communicate any significant delays. Delivery is made digitally to the email address or Etsy account used at purchase.

The quality and relevance of your Reading may depend on the accuracy of information you provide (e.g., birth date, time, and place for astrology readings). We are not responsible for inaccurate Readings resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

All content on the ZenithAlign website — including text, images, artwork, designs, logos, and reading content — is the exclusive property of ZenithAlign or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Readings delivered to you are for your personal use only and may not be resold, republished, or shared publicly without permission.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the website.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services immediately and without notice if you violate any of these prohibitions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Reading that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZenithAlign and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which ZenithAlign operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
